Make my page

When a link page closes

My link in bio service shut down. What now?

Rebuild your links on a new page and put its address in every bio, because the old address won’t send anyone to your links any more. If your service has announced it’s closing but is still open, save your page now, while there’s still something to copy.

Link pages that have closed

Each with the day it closed and where that’s said. The number in brackets is its source, listed under the questions.

  • Fingertip,

Its own site says “Fingertip has closed”, dated 1 May 2026, and that it joined Linktree. [1]

A page’s old address answers that the page is gone, so there’s nothing left to copy.

    Moving from Fingertip

  • Bento,

Its notice, published 18 December 2025, set the closing day for 13 February 2026, with profiles deleted after. [2]

Every bento.me address now opens Linktree’s home page, not the person’s own page.

    Moving from Bento

  • Linkpop,

Shopify’s help centre said Linkpop was retiring, with no new sign-ups from 7 July 2025. [3]

linkpop.com now opens Shopify’s own site.

    Moving from Linkpop

  • Koji,

Linktree, which bought it, wrote that the Koji product would be sunset on 31 January 2024. [4]

    Koji pages no longer open.

    Rebuild your links on Portage

What to do, in order

  1. Gather your linksLook in your bios, your pinned posts, your shop and anywhere you pasted them. A list of addresses, one per line, is all you need.
  2. Rebuild themPaste the list into Portage and you see your page rebuilt, with titles you can fix, before you sign up.Paste your links
  3. Swap the address in every bioInstagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, your email signature. Each one still points at the old address until you change it.
  4. Reprint your codesA QR code on a poster or a card points at the old address, so print new ones from your new page.

If yours is still open

A closing notice is the time to move, while the page still opens.

  • Bring the page over while it opens

Paste its address, or copy the whole page in your browser and paste that, and we rebuild it with its headings and pictures for you to check.

    Moving guides for each service

  • Keep a copy of your own

Save the page from your browser, or keep your links in a note, so the next closure can’t take them with it.

So it’s easier next time

  • Download what you have

On Portage you can download your whole page, your numbers and your email list whenever you like.

  • A domain of your own

An address you own can point at whichever page you use, so a move means changing one setting instead of every bio.

  • No price waiting for you

Every page feature on Portage is free, and our terms say nothing you use today will start costing money.

What people ask when their page is gone

Can I get my old page back after a service closes?

Usually not from the service. Once it has closed, its pages and accounts are gone, so rebuild from the links you still have in your bios, posts and shop.

Will my followers be sent to my new page?

Only once you change the address in each bio. The old address doesn’t forward anywhere useful, so swap it everywhere it appears.

Bento sent my page to Linktree. Can I move it from there?

Yes. If your Bento page became a Linktree page, copy that Linktree page in your browser and paste it on portage.camp, and you see it rebuilt before you sign up.

Moving from Linktree

How long does rebuilding take?

A few minutes for most pages: paste your links, check the titles, pick a look and publish. Nothing goes public until you do.

Start again in a few minutes

Paste your links, look it over, and publish. Every feature is free.

Use letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores. You can change it later.
