For agencies
Your clients’ link pages, in one place.
Every page you make here is plain, readable and true, so search engines and AI tools can tell who your client is, what they do, where they are and when they’re open. The page people see is the page search engines read.
Stonefox Bread is a made-up bakery. Here is its page as a visitor sees it, beside what a crawler reads from the same page, worked out from it by the code that publishes every Portage page.
Stonefox Bread, an example: @stonefoxbread
Stonefox Bread, a made-up bakery in Guelph, with this week’s loaves and its hours.
What a search engine reads from portage.camp/@stonefoxbread
- Who it is
- Stonefox Bread (name)
- What it is
- A business, not a person (Organization)
- In its own words
- We’re a small bakery with one oven, and we close when the bread’s gone. (description)
- Where it is
- Wyndham Street North, Guelph (address)
- When it’s open
- Wed 7:30 am to 2 pm, Thu 7:30 am to 2 pm, Fri 7:30 am to 3 pm, Sat 7:30 am to 1 pm (openingHoursSpecification)
- What’s coming up
- 3 dated events: farmers' market and night market (Event)
- Its profiles
- Not claimed as its own yet. We list a profile as the business’s own only after checking it links back, and this bakery is made up. (sameAs)
Every Portage page arrives as finished text, with no script to run first. The facts behind it describe only what’s on the page. Profiles are listed as the business’s own only after we’ve checked they link back. And nothing is claimed that a visitor can’t see.
No one can promise a place in search results or a mention in an AI answer, and we won’t. What we can do is make each page easy to read and true.
On 24 September 2026, the HTML of every example page came to under 70 KB, compressed the way a server sends it, landscape included. How we measured it
Built for looking after other people’s pages.
Every tool here is free, for one client or a hundred.
Every client in one list.
One sign-in for every page you look after, each with what still needs doing: a real name, a photo, no broken links, and whether it can be found in search.
The right access for each person.
A manager edits, publishes, invites people and sees the sign-up list. An editor edits and publishes. The client, as owner, can take anyone off.
Bring your whole team.
Room is counted once, on the account that manages a client’s page. The people you bring in to edit are never counted.
Change a link on many pages at once.
New booking link, holiday hours for six locations: one change, put on every page you pick. Each page can still be put back on its own.
Save a client’s look.
Their landscape, colours, type and buttons, kept by name and put on their next page in one go. Campaign tags for their links save the same way.
Reports your client can open.
A link to their page’s visits, taps and where people came from. No account and no cookie, and the link stops working when you choose.
Six more tools, all freeSee who changed what · Invite by email or by link · Their numbers, kept apart · Pay for a client, or don’t · Posters and window signs · Bring their old page over
See who changed what.
Every version says who published it, and each page keeps a history of who was invited, who left and when it was renamed.
Invite by email or by link.
Send an invitation from the page, or copy its link and send it yourself. It stays open for 7 days.
Their numbers, kept apart.
Each page has its own visits and taps, counted without cookies. Its sign-up list goes only to its owner and its managers.
Pay for a client, or don’t.
Take Made with Portage off a client’s page for $49 a year from your account, or send your client the link to buy it for their own page. We never email anyone asking for money.
Posters and window signs.
Each client’s page prints as a poster, a window sign, a table tent or business cards, in its own landscape, with a code their numbers count.
Bring their old page over.
Paste the address of a client’s old link page and we rebuild it for you to check, with their say-so. A site that doesn’t let us read it gets an honest note and a way to paste it instead.
Your client owns their page. You look after it.
Make the page, then hand it over. Your client signs in with their own email and it’s theirs, with the same address, numbers and history. You never need their password.
Make it
Build your client’s page, publish it, and get it right. Each account holds one page of its own, so if yours already has one, build it from a second address of yours.
Hand it over
Send your client the handover from the page. They sign in with their own email, and the page moves to them in one step. It never goes down.
Stay on, or don’t
Your client chooses whether you stay on to look after it. Either way, the next page you make is a fresh one.
If you stop working together, nothing breaks. The page stays up the whole time, and your client can take you off it whenever they like. If an agency ever won’t let a page go, the business can ask us, and we move it to them once they show it’s theirs.
Free for your first 10 clients, with every tool.
Past 10, Agency adds room for 10 more client pages at a time. It adds nothing else: every tool is already free.
