Tell us, and a person will look.
The quickest way is the report form, or the Report this page link at the bottom of every Portage page. You can also email hello@cadenic.studio.

The short version
If a page on Portage is a scam, pretends to be someone, or puts anyone at risk, tell us. A person here reads every report, and you don’t need an account.
If it’s about a page you’re looking at, its own Report this page link fills in which page for you.
On this page8 sections
What we act on
Scams and phishing: fake giveaways, promises to send back more crypto than you send, pages asking for a password, a wallet’s recovery phrase or gift card codes, and pages dressed up as a company’s support or sign-in desk.
Malware, and links meant to deceive the person who taps them.
Impersonation of a person or an organisation, including another creator.
Anything sexual involving someone under 18, intimate pictures shared without consent (including fakes), and offering in-person sexual services.
Harassment, and spam: many throwaway pages made to push the same links.
Adult creators are welcome on Portage, in an 18+ section, and linking to the platforms they sell on isn’t abuse. Nor is a small business selling gift cards or taking deposits.
How fast
We try to look at every report within two working days.
Anything sexual involving someone under 18, or intimate pictures shared without consent, goes first, then impersonation. Intimate pictures shared without consent come off within 48 hours of the report.
One report about one link
For most problems, a scam link reported once included, we write to the page’s owner saying exactly which link or picture and why, and give them three days to fix it. The page stays up meanwhile.
If they don’t fix it, or it happens again, the page comes down.
What comes down straight away
Anything sexual involving someone under 18, intimate pictures shared without consent, in-person sexual services, and impersonation, once it’s clear. We still tell the owner why.
We also report anything sexual involving someone under 18 to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection, and to the police, before anything else.
When a page comes down, its address stops working straight away. We keep what was on it out of sight, so a person can look again and so we can give it to the police when the law requires it.
Before anyone reports it
A few pages wait for a person before anyone else can see them, and only for things an ordinary page doesn’t do by accident: a link to a known phishing or malware address, or to one dressed up as a bank’s or an app’s sign-in page, asking visitors for a password, a sign-in code, a wallet’s recovery phrase or gift card codes, a crypto doubling, a page named like a company’s support desk or pretending to be Portage, or many brand-new pages pushing the same unknown site at once.
Being an 18+ creator, linking to OnlyFans or Fansly, or running an ordinary business never puts a page in that queue. Its owner sees a note saying it’s a quick look and can write to a person straight away. We try to look within one working day, and an ordinary page goes public as it was.
Sign-ups from throwaway inboxes aren’t accepted, and new accounts from one network or one inbox are limited each day.
Every link on a Portage page is marked for search engines as a link placed by a user (nofollow), so a spam page gets nothing from being here, and new pages stay out of search for their first three days.
If it’s your page
If we’ve held or taken down your page and you think we got it wrong, reply to our message or email us, and a person looks again. That includes when you think we’ve made a mistake about someone’s age.
A security problem in Portage itself
Found a way into accounts, pages or data that shouldn’t be there? Email us with what you found and how to see it, and we’ll answer. Please test only against your own page and account, never anyone else’s, and give us a fair chance to fix it before telling anyone else.
Our security.txt is at portage.camp/.well-known/security.txt.
That’s all of it.
Questions about any of this? Email hello@cadenic.studio and a person will answer.
