Reports
Report a page.
We read every report ourselves. If a page is pretending to be you, tell us and include something that shows the real account is yours. That's the quickest way to get it taken down.
What happens next
- Reports come straight to us at Cadenic Studios. We try to look at every report within two working days. Anything sexual involving someone under 18, or intimate pictures shared without consent, goes first, then impersonation.
- For most problems we tell the owner exactly which link or picture and why, and give them three days to fix it while the page stays up. If we take a page down, its address stops working.
- Anything sexual involving someone under 18 is taken down and reported to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection, and to the police, before anything else.
- If you keep getting copied, an identity check adds a mark to your page showing a person has checked your government ID. Your page can keep any name you like, and the mark never shows the name on your ID. It's optional. How a check works
- You can also email us at hello@cadenic.studio.
